Information we collect on this website

When you contact us, request pricing, request a demonstration, or otherwise submit information, we may receive your name, work email, company, phone number, industry, and the information you choose to provide.

How we use it

We use website-submitted information to respond to inquiries, evaluate fit, prepare demonstrations or proposals, support procurement discussions, and maintain business records. We do not sell personal information to advertisers.

Who can see it

Access is limited to personnel and service providers who need the information to support the requested business purpose. Service providers may process information on our behalf under their own contractual and security obligations.

Guest and employee submissions inside a deployment

When the platform is deployed for a client, the client determines the relevant use case, access, workflow, and retention requirements. Submissions may include contact information when the submitter chooses to provide it, along with location, category, timestamp, and other contextual information configured for the deployment. Anonymous workflows may also be enabled for appropriate use cases.

Data Retention

Website inquiry data is retained for the duration of the business relationship plus 24 months, unless a shorter period is requested. Client deployment data retention is governed by the applicable client agreement or data-processing agreement.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port personal information. To submit a request, contact support@getrealtimefeedback.com. We target a response within 30 business days, subject to applicable law and identity verification requirements.

State Privacy Frameworks

Data Processing Agreements

Enterprise and government clients may request a Data Processing Agreement that documents data handling, retention, security obligations, sub-processor disclosures, and breach-notification responsibilities.

We use industry-standard safeguards appropriate to the service, including encrypted transport, access controls, secure hosting practices, and periodic security review. Contract-specific security requirements are documented during procurement and implementation.

Sub-Processors

We use a limited number of service providers for functions such as hosting, communications, and analytics. A current list applicable to a deployment can be provided during contracting.
