What this notice covers

This notice describes how Get Real Time Feedback LLC handles information submitted through getrealtimefeedback.com. Deployments delivered to our clients are governed by the agreement executed with that client, not by this notice.

Information we collect on this website

We collect only what you send us. The contact form and the exposure calculator collect the name, work email, organization, role, number of locations, phone number, and message you choose to enter, along with any figures you entered into the calculator.

We do not require an account, and this website does not use cookies to build an advertising profile of you.

How we use it

We use what you submit to respond to your request, to scope pricing or a deployment, and to follow up about the conversation you started. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to an unrelated marketing list.

Who can see it

Submissions reach the Get Real Time Feedback team. Service providers that operate our website, email, and analytics infrastructure may process it on our behalf under contract, and we disclose information where the law requires it.

Guest and employee submissions inside a deployment

Feedback captured through a client deployment belongs to that client. Guests and employees may submit anonymously, and where a submission is anonymous we do not attach identity to it. Retention, access, and processing terms for a deployment are set in the client agreement and the applicable data processing terms, which we will provide on request.

Your choices

You may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address below and we will act on the request.
