The business case

What leadership actually gets.

A prioritized management agenda instead of a dashboard nobody opens. This page is the whole argument: the reporting deliverable, the published research behind acting in the moment, a conservative model of what silence is already costing you, and how Get Real Time Feedback differs from the platforms built for the survey era.

Operational intelligence

The signal matters today. The pattern matters tomorrow.

Real-time intervention protects the relationship in front of you. Operational intelligence is what the same stream tells leadership over weeks and months: why it happened, where it keeps happening, what is improving, and where to act next.

01

REAL TIME

What needs attention right now?

The individual signal, routed the moment it arrives. A named owner, a location, a timestamp, and a status that has to be closed.

  • Live queue of open items by location
  • Owner and elapsed time on every item
  • Escalation when a keyword or a clock threshold trips

Read by the manager on duty

02

PERFORMANCE

Are we actually getting better at this?

The same stream aggregated. Response and resolution times by site, shift, and team, measured against the standard you set rather than the one you assumed.

  • Response and resolution time by site, shift, and team
  • Recurring themes ranked by frequency
  • Month-over-month movement on every theme

Read by the operations lead

03

EXECUTIVE INTELLIGENCE

Where should we spend the next dollar?

The monthly synthesis. What is trending, what is emerging, which locations need attention, and the short list of things worth acting on before the next cycle.

  • Prioritized operational themes with trend direction
  • Emerging issues flagged before they scale
  • A ranked list of recommended leadership actions

The first three happen while the person is still in your building. The last two are what you take into the next planning cycle.

THE DELIVERABLE

One document, in the inbox, every month.

Leadership should not have to log in to a dashboard to find out what changed. The monthly review arrives written, ranked, and already prioritized, so the conversation starts at what to do rather than what happened.

Month-over-month direction is on every theme, so you can see whether the thing you fixed last cycle actually stayed fixed.

The report shown is a generic illustration of format and structure. Every figure and theme in it is invented for the example. It is not client data and it is not a projection of your results.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Reported volume is up as adoption grows, which is expected and healthy. Wait times and cleanliness both improved. Equipment and facilities is the one theme moving the wrong way and is concentrated in two locations. Response times improved overall but slipped on the second shift at one site.

EMERGING ISSUES

  • Second-shift response times slipping at one location
  • Repeat equipment reports concentrated in a single zone
  • A new complaint theme appearing in three sites at once

RECOGNITION THEMES

  • Named staff recognition rising month over month
  • Two teams closing every item inside the response standard
  • Positive mentions concentrated around the new check-in process

RECOMMENDED LEADERSHIP ACTIONS

  1. 1Move preventative maintenance ahead of the next peak period at the two locations driving equipment reports.
  2. 2Staff the second shift to the same standard as the first at the location whose response times are slipping.
  3. 3Roll the check-in change that is generating positive mentions out to the remaining sites.
  4. 4Review the reopened items with the teams that closed them and agree what closure means.

What the research says

The cost of finding out late is not a soft cost.

1 in 26

Only 1 in 26 dissatisfied customers will ask to speak with a manager. The other 25 typically leave without saying anything, often taking their business elsewhere or posting a negative review.

The gap

The distance between what your customers experience and what your leadership sees is where revenue disappears.

Your frontline sees the truth every shift. Your leadership sees a lagging report every quarter. Get Real Time Feedback closes that distance to minutes.

WHAT LEADERSHIP SAW

The strategic argument

A problem you fix well beats a problem you never had.

Researchers call it the service recovery paradox. A customer whose problem was resolved quickly and personally often ends up more loyal than a customer whose visit went perfectly. Nothing builds attachment like being taken seriously at the exact moment it mattered.

That upside only exists if you find out while the person is still in your building. After they leave, the same problem produces the opposite result. This is the entire reason the platform is built around minutes rather than quarters.

Service recovery paradox: McCollough and Bharadwaj, 1992, and subsequent literature in services marketing.

The category ROI is already proven

ROI you can take to your board.

The enterprise platforms spent a decade proving that experience management returns real money. We are not asking you to relitigate that. We are asking why the return should require an enterprise-scale floor and a two-quarter implementation.

How we handle reviews

Every eligible guest gets the same invitation.

Our practice is deliberately simple. After a visit, every eligible guest receives the same invitation to review publicly. We do not screen for sentiment first, we do not route satisfied guests to a public site and dissatisfied ones to a private inbox, and we do not suppress a review because of what it says.

That is not a constraint we work around. It is the point. Because we reach the problem while the guest is still in your building, the experience is different by the time the invitation goes out. The rating moves because the visit changed, not because the sample was filtered.

We follow the FTC Rule on Consumer Reviews and Testimonials, 16 CFR Part 465, and the review policies of the platforms we send guests to. Nothing here is legal advice, and each organization should confirm its own obligations.

OUR STANDARD

  • Every eligible guest receives the same review invitation
  • No sentiment-based filtering of who is asked
  • No suppression of negative feedback
  • Private resolution first, public invitation after

The comparison

The category leaders were built for the survey era.

Traditional enterprise experience-management platforms aggregate signal across very large organizations and report on it. That is a different job than resolving an issue while the guest is still in the building.
