1. Revenue protection
Estimate the value of at-risk interactions that can still be recovered. Use real traffic, transaction value, retention economics, and conservative recovery assumptions.
2. Operating efficiency
Measure response time, resolution time, repeated incidents, unnecessary handoffs, and labor consumed by recurring friction.
3. Reputation growth
Track rating trend, review volume, recency, response rate, sentiment, and location-level reputation alongside the underlying experience drivers.
4. Risk mitigation
Quantify earlier detection, time to ownership, repeat safety or service categories, escalation avoided, and documentation quality.
Use evidence, not a universal multiplier.
Different industries monetize experience differently. A dealership may care about CSI and service retention; a hotel may care about repeat stay and review conversion; an airport may care about passenger satisfaction and non-aeronautical revenue. The ROI model should use each operator’s economics.
