A public review has two audiences.

Future customers read it, but the customer who wrote it is also telling the organization what happened. A fast, specific response signals that the business is listening and creates another opportunity to rebuild trust.

Do not stop at response.

Review management becomes operational intelligence when recurring themes are routed back to the teams that own service, facilities, staffing, parking, product, or process performance.

Close the loop

Monitor the review, respond, categorize the issue, assign ownership, measure the pattern, and change the operation. That is how reputation becomes an operating system rather than a marketing dashboard.
